Mike Romack, Owner and Sales Manager
Mike has worked with Indiana agriculture and construction communities for over 35 years. Mike is a salesman at heart and enjoys meeting new members of the community as well as renewing old relationships. It’s important to Mike, as the owner of Heartland New Holland, to build and maintain relationships with those he sells to. Mike is also committed to the farming implement and equipment industry and currently serves as President of the Mid-America Equipment Retailers Association.

Jim Ashcraft, Sales
Jim has over 40 years experience selling Agriculture tractors in Indiana. Jim also believes in long-term relationships. Jim is still doing business with a lot of the same families he started doing business with 40 years ago. Jim has experience and knowledge on all the tractors we sell with a strong knowledge in Hay equipment and Kinze Planters.

Kyle Redding, Sales
While Kyle is relatively new to the sales world, he grew up on a farm and has a great understanding of what farmers need. His enthusiasm and “get it done” attitude are a great addition to our business. As a member of the local community, he looks forward to working with the farmers and homeowners in our area.
